• What is your profession and why did you choose it?

Personal injury Lawyer, so I can help people and support my family.

• How long have you owned your own business?

I opened my Law firm or hung out my shingle as they say in 2003.  The first year was really slow and I spend most of my time working on my website, reading John Grisham and waiting for my phone to ring.

• What inspired you to own your own business?

I was inspired mostly by my Mom and step father who practice family law in Clayton.  I worked for them on and off in high school and college as a legal assistant. I was also inspired by my great grandfather who graduated from SLU law but was unable to practice because of family obligations.

• What might someone be surprised to know about you?

I can be a little OCD about my nutrition and fitness regiment.  

• Do you have a hobby, play a sport, or have any special interests?

I love watching sports, snow skiing, golfing, working out, travel, coaching my sons baseball team.

• Where is the most interesting place you have visited?

Budapest Hungary

• Do you have any advice based on your area of expertise?

Do a good job for your client's and success will follow

• If you could work anywhere in the world, where would you choose?

• What is your favorite restaurant from the St. Louis area?

 J. Gilberts for a nice dinner, crazy bowls for a quick lunch 

• What are you currently reading?

The Game Changing Attorney by Michael Mogill

• What is the best thing that has happened to you this year?

Vacationing with my family in Costa Rica

• Who’s your go to band or artist when you can’t decide on something to listen to?
